As a software engineer, I sit for long hours, typically around 8-10 hours a day.

The consequences are evident: slower metabolism, fewer calories burned, and stubborn belly fat.

But recently I developed good habits. I work out regularly and try to walk after my meals to incorporate more movement into my day.
